We are currently expanding our Associate Financial Advisor team in the Munster region with positions available in Clare, Cork, Limerick, Tipperary and Kerry.

As an Associate Adviser you will require the following skills and qualifications:
• QFA Qualified
• Highly Motivated, with a proven ability to work on your own initiative within a challenging environment
• Excellent interpersonal & client facing skills
• Drive ,determination, ambition and persistence
• Strong sales, influencing and presentation skills
• Financial services experienced
• Extensive social/business networks
• Continued research and personal development in the financial services sector to keep up to date with ever changing products, investments and legislation.
 
As an Associate Advisor your key responsibilities will include:
• Implementing, building and maintaining your client base and proactively networking to develop the base further
• Conduct full financial reviews of clients financial circumstances, current provisions and aims for the future
• Designing financial strategies and reviews on a regular basis
• Providing the client with product information on ongoing basis of new and existing investment opportunities
 

Your Role

As a Qualified Associate (QFA), Thomond Asset Management will support you in continuing to fulfil your minimum competency requirements and quota of continuing professional development hours each year.

Your Associate Manager acts as a business coach to help you develop successful practices and can advise you on business solutions designed to meet your clients’ needs.
